AGM NOTICE

DATE: MONDAY 26TH September

Time: 8.30PM

VENUE: Rivervalley Community Centre

The annual general meeting of River Valley Rangers will take place at the above time and venue and all members, team officials and parents are encouraged to attend.

Please note that any motion to be considered must be submitted in writing, duly proposed, and seconded by two full members, and submitted to the secretary at least 7 days prior to date of the meeting

Nominations for election to the committee

Anyone wishing to be considered for election to the committee must submit a written nomination in a sealed envelope to the secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM. Such nomination must be proposed by and seconded by full members of the club.
